Taller de Manejo y control de la tensión laboral con técnicas de MTC


Workshop oriented to learn self-massage techniques and breathing exercises that help us to manage and control muscular tension, emotional and mental stress, and anxiety.

This approach combine self-acupressure massage, stretching exercises, breathing techniques, imaginary and autosuggestion relaxation techniques.



The 4 hours workshop will address issues related to labor stress, mental and emotional stress, muscular tension and anxiety.

  • Measuring and Reducing symptoms of stress
  • Practicing autosuggestion exercises that improve mental and emotional harmony
